Kandace Schipper, a Chicago woman who went missing in Japan, has been discovered safe, according to family.

According to her family, a Chicago lady who went missing earlier this month while visiting Japan has been located safely.

Kandace Schipper, 29, came to Japan by herself in May and kept in touch with friends and family daily.

On the other hand, her sister Nicole Willea wrote on Facebook that she started to become “unreachable” about June 5.
