Six months after they ended their relationship, Megan Fox is trying to make their split official by filing for divorce! As fans know, she and Brian Austin Green have not been involved romantically for around half this year and she’s even totally moved on with Machine Gun Kelly!

That being said, it was natural that the next step would be getting a divorce.

However, one very interesting detail in the court documents is that Brian and Megan wrote down two pretty different dates of separation!

At the same time, the documents show that the actress has asked for joint legal and physical custody of her and Brian’s three sons together (Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 4.)

Furthermore, she even ticked a box that makes it impossible for her and her ex to seek any spousal support.

One new report from TMZ also mentioned that the man has filed a response of his as well and in it, he thankfully agreed ‘to almost everything.’

The main difference is that he would, in fact, want to receive spousal support.

As mentioned before, the exes also put down two very different dates for when they supposedly separated.

More precisely, it appears that Megan wrote that they hadn’t been together since November of last year while the man said it was March of this year!

Previously, it was Brian who first confirmed the split, saying on his podcast that ‘It sucks when life changes and something that you are used to, that you have been doing for 15 years, you try and not get rid of but you change. There is the unknown aspect…there is that pit in my stomach.’

The now-exes met each other almost two decades ago when he was 30 and she was 18!

Only two years later, they would go on to tie the knot!
