The chairman of GSF will be Conrad Wetterau, Mark’s brother, business partner, and a 25-year board member. Vice chairman Mike Waitukaitis, a 13-year firm veteran, will remain in that position.

One of the biggest food wholesalers for McDonald’s is the privately held GSF, which has offices on Von Karman Avenue in Irvine. According to Forbes, it will earn $5.1 billion in 2022.
