“Malik Henderson Found Dead in Car – Caddo Parish Authorities Investigate”

The Caddo Parish Coroner has identified the individual found with a fatal gunshot wound in a car near Hollywood Heights Park as 27-year-old Malik R. Henderson from Shreveport. The discovery was made just before 7:30 a.m. in the 4800 block of McDaniel Drive, following a concerned citizen’s report to the police. Unfortunately, Malik Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Shreveport police are actively investigating the incident, and an autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of Malik Henderson’s death. This marks the 71st homicide in Caddo Parish since the beginning of the year and the 66th within the Shreveport City limits.
