Pagani likes to swim as a way of staying in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Pagani posted these stunning underwater photos of herself snorkeling in Varigotti. She captioned it, "To infinity and beyond." Pagani also posted these photos of herself enjoying a pool in Mykonos.

Pagani tells Pledge Times that she struggles to workout on a regular basis. However, she says that she works with a personal trainer to help her overcome this. "I am followed by a personal trainer. Before, when I had more free time, I trained 3/4 times a week. Now I try to do it at least twice a week, three when it's okay. I alternate a bit of the gym and a bit of a personal trainer, he also makes me the cards to follow."

One workout Pagani enjoys doing is using weights and strength training exercises. She shares a lot of photos and videos on social media of herself strength training. Pagani posted this photo on Facebook of herself lifting hand weights. In this set of workout videos, she is seen doing exercises with kettlebells. 

Pagani works out her entire body. Including her arms and upper body. In her set of workout videos, Pagani is seen doing different arm exercises. She is seen doing both dips and swings with a kettlebell. She is also seen doing sumo squats with weights in her hands. 

Pagani does a lot of things to workout her lower body. In the same set of workout videos, she is doing a lot of leg exercises. While in the gym, Pagani is seen using the leg curl and hip thrust machines. She is also seen doing donkey kicks and different kinds of squats. While working out in her yard, Pagani is seen doing squat jumps.
