As she mourns the loss of the man she called protector, Lauren London has done her first interview where she spoke about Nipsey Hussle.

Last week, many in Los Angeles and eventually around the world discovered that rapper and businessman Hussle was gunned down by Eric Holder.

Holder, who has a criminal record, is said to have been jealous of Hussle. London, who is rumored to be the late rapper’s wife since 2018, broke her silence on social media where she posted an emotional message.

The actress and mother of two spoke to the LA Times and called Hussle a king and said he was a truth speaker who pushed the people around him to be their greater selves.

London confessed: “He was a protector and wanted us to be our best at all times. He was a truth seeker and truth speaker.”

She added: “I’m going to keep my head high and always represent for my king to the fullest. He loved his kids. He was a family man. His family came first.”

Fans have been reaching out to London as she goes through the pain of saying a final goodbye to the father of her son and longtime partner.

One person reached out to the model and TV star saying: “Love never dies! My dad was murdered when I was 2. My mother has kept that legacy alive through always reminding me of my father’s greatness. I wear the name with pride as will yours. You got this Lauren! You’re a warrior!”

Another shared a prayer: “Dear GOD Anoint My Sis and their babies, Reach down and hold her heart, Touch them with your healing hands reconcile the pain the loss the grief. This third supporter stated: “He will forever be in our hearts … look at the number of people here for you, that’s to show you the impact and legacy he left.
