In some new court documents obtained by HollywoodLife, Blac Chyna admitted that she did, indeed, use a phone charging cord on her second baby daddy Rob Kardashian during a particularly explosive fight. However, she insisted that she was not trying to hurt the only Kardashian son.

Chyna’s attorney Lynne M. Ciani is trying to get the lawsuit filed against her by Rob dismissed!

The reason is that, while she did actually wrap an iPhone cord around Rob’s neck, she was not planning to strangle him like the man claimed!

A video testimony from back in September obtained by the news outlet has Chyna telling attorney Martin Singer that she only put the cord around his neck ’jokingly,’ before going on to explain that ‘And then after that, we had fun.’

The mother of two also admitted to ripping his shirt that same night but could not remember if before or after the phone charging cord incident.

The filmed testimony has her agreeing with the attorney that she did put the cord around Rob’s neck while holding it with two hands but ‘not to hurt him, no.’

That means she also denied pulling the cord, trying to choke her baby daddy, that the cord was wrapped around his neck fully and that she tied it at the back so that she could pull it.

Finally, Blac Chyna denied scratching her fiancé at the time.

This comes after Rob’s testimony and therefore his side of the story was also revealed.

He argued that what she did with the cord was a ‘dumb thing to do’ since he is ‘the father of her child, who also takes care of her family, and who just had a child with her, and who is like loyal to her.’

During that same video testimony, Rob also confessed that he really tried to make it work with Chyna and that he wanted more kids with her. The two share daughter Dream, born in November of 2016.
