Kj Montgomery passed away unexpectedly, leaving friends and family in shock.

Judge Kj Montgomery presided over the Shaker Heights Municipal Court. She was a judge, a pianist, and a T25er.

Numerous tributes poured in since the sudden demise of  Kj Montgomery, Social media users could not hide their shock at his death news.

With a heavy heart, sadly my Mom K.j. Montgomery passed away yesterday afternoon. Although she was indeed fighting her own larger health battles, her actual transition came suddenly. We are fortunate that she spent her last moments as comfortably and peacefully as possible surrounded by family and dear friends. Thank you all so much for your kind words, condolences, and well wishes. There is so much more to be said, and so much to be celebrated. Although there are no firm details at the moment, we will all be sure to announce any memorial/celebration plans as soon as they are confirmed. Thank you all.

We are sorry to hear of the passing of K.J. Montgomery. She passed away last Saturday from a stroke. I will keep you informed if I hear anymore. KJ was a member of the Top 25 and A Cappella Choir.

My heart is filled with sorrow at the passing of my Judge, KJ Montgomery. She was more than a boss and a friend, she was part of the Ratcliffe family. I miss her dearly. Broken in my soul and spirit.
