Kellita Smith is an American actress, comedian, and model born on 15th January 1969 in Chicago, Illinois, United States. She is best known for her roles as Wanda McCullough in FOX sitcom The Bernie Mac Show and also as Lieutenant Roberta Warren in Z nation.

Kellita was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Oakland, California. She attended Oakland Community Learning Center, a historical educational facility founded by the Black Panthers and later joined Santa Rosa Junior college graduating in 1989 with a Degree in Political Science.

Kerita began her career as a model before venturing into acting where she began with stage acting making her first theatre appearance in regional productions of Tell It Like It Tiz. In 1996 she won an NAACP Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Theatre Company, Feelings. She made her television debut in an episode of In Living Color and later guest-starred on Living Single, Moesha, 3rd Rock from the Sun, The Parkers and NYPD Blue.
