Kara Del Toro is living her best life in her bathing suit. The model and influencer shows off her incredible body in a Dior swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts. Kara has a no diet policy. "I should be better, but I kinda eat whatever I want," the model, who soared to fame in a Carl's Jr. ad, dished to  Fox News in an interview. "I do eat burgers and pizza."  However, she added to Toronto Paradise: "But a healthy well balanced diet is important."

"If I have a swimsuit shoot or something coming up, I make sure to start working out more," she told Fox. And if I have something important coming up that week, I'll really try to cut down on sugar and carbs," she added.

Kara also added to Toronto Paradise that "making sure you're doing cardio at least three times a week," is important. "I go hiking at least three times a week, I also do yoga and meditation," she said.  

Kara maintains that "drinking lots of green tea," is also an important part of her health plan as "it boosts the metabolism," she told Toronto Paradise.
