Some fans had issues with VIP tickets – not enough seats. For instance, someone said ‘@kandi Hello !!! my friend wants to see your nyc show so badly and has tried to buy VIP tickets please have the venue put out a few more seats …… @treatsnthings.’

One disappointed fan told Kandi something heartbreaking: ‘I’m sooooo upset I went to purchase VIP tickets to your show in Kansas city mo and to see it’s canceled I wanted to surprise my best friend for her bday with VIP tickets to get a photo with you she’s a big fan and now her bday is ruined😢😢 @kandi.’
