Kacey was married to an American singer-songwriter, Ruston Kelly who was born in Georgetown, South Carolina, the United States on July 31, 1988 (age 33 years). The couple was married for just three years after they tied the knot in 2017 and parted ways in 2020. According to them, the reason why they parted ways was “It simply just didn’t work.”

As of June 2022, two years after the singer parted ways with her ex-husband, she has not remarried hence, she has no husband.

Her reason for not getting married after her first failed marriage is unknown but it is believed that she does not what to rush things and also probably focusing on her music career for now.
