Julia lost a whopping 15 pounds in six weeks when she started dating Kanye West. "It just wasn't sustainable," she told The New York Times in an interview published on Thursday, March 3. "I lost, like, 15 pounds in that month." She believes it was due to the stress and chaos of the relationship. "I tried my best to make it work," she explained. "I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life?"

While she declared in a recent TikTok that "aging is fully in—like, fully," she recently copped to  Elle that she has gotten Botox, and once got liposuction, and is open to doing it again at some point. "I'm, like, saggy—like, things are not sitting the way they used to. But it's like, I am not gonna do a damn thing about it," she added.

After seeing a lot of "deep dives" into her weight loss she decided to respond in a November 2022 TikTok video. "My weight loss was one trillion percent unintentional," she says, adding that people who knew her, knew that she was "known" for her curves. "After I had my son I was just rapidly dropping all this weight, " she continues. At one point she even wondered if she had a tapeworm. "When I go to dinner, I eat," she says, "and then I order all the desserts on the menu. It just happened because I'm a single mom and I chase a toddler around. I don't know."

Julia is completely candid about mental health and openly discusses her ADHD and OCD diagnoses. In a September 2022 TikTok video she describes her mental health as being "very difficult" and desribed the highs and lows. "I have bouts of, like, great productivity, where I'm, like, on top of the world, and just feeling like I am invincible. And then I have moments of, like, deep, deep, deep, stagnant type of feeling. Like I just can't f—ing move," she says. "ADHD is really tough. I have a little bit of OCD as well, which I just realized. I used to count the number of letters inside of words in my head, and I'd always want them to reach to 10."
