Javon Bailey Died in Louisville Park Shooting
Daniel Johnson The victim of a fatal shooting Friday in Louisville’s Park Duvalle neighborhood was identified as a year-old guy on Saturday.
Javon Bailey passed away at University of Louisville Hospital from numerous gunshot wounds, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
According to Major Russ Miller of the Louisville Metro Police, the incident took place on Olive Street, close to West Gaulbert Avenue, on Friday at 2:00 p.m.
When the police arrived, they discovered Bailey suffering from several gunshot wounds. Up until the arrival of an ambulance, the officers gave CPR. Despite being brought to University Hospital, Bailey passed away from his wounds.
A local claimed that on Friday he heard gunshots outside while he was in his kitchen. He claimed that while mowing the grass, his nephew Bailey was shot.
I was conducting business in the kitchen when he entered the home and shouted, “Got shot, call 911,” said Brian Horton. He rushed inside after dialing 911, and I heard a loud boom boom boom boom.
