Jason Hawes is an American eminent TV Host, Author, Plumber, Producer, and Paranormal Investigator born in Canandaigua, New York. He is the founder of the Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) which is localized in Warwick, Rhode Island in 1990 as a support group for people who had paranormal experiences.

According to Hawes, he began to see apparitions at the age of twenty after a girlfriend who practiced Reiki manipulated his life force energy. John Zaffis, a paranormal researcher told Hawes that he was becoming sensitive to paranormal phenomena.

Hawes is also one of the stars and co-producers of Syfy’s Ghost Hunters. Ghost Hunters ended after its eleventh season on 26th October 2016 but was later renewed for a 12th Season by A&E with new episodes premiering in August of 2019.

The TAPS founder and former lead investigator, Grant Wilson leads a new team. The original casts of Ghost Hunters were restored for a brand new paranormal investigation series ‘Ghost Nation’ for the Travel Channel. The series started on 11th October 2019 on a Friday.

Jason Hawes Ghost Hunters

Jason co-created the major hit Ghost Hunters which became the flagship show of the Syfy Channel and made it one of the top watched channels on cable.
