Jasmine Burkitt, who starred alongside her mother in Channel’s documentary series Small Teen Big World, passed away at age 28.

Burkitt was an actress cum TV personality who inspired many.

She is survived by her family, her fiance, Lewis Burke, and friends.

Burkitt had died of an unknown cause.

“She is the most incredible human that ever walked this planet, she is the strongest, funniest, most kindest and purely decent person I’ve ever known”, her fiance, Lewis, wrote on social media.

The television personality, was born as a dwarf and was only 3 ft 11 inches.

Inspite of her condition, she appeared in the documentaries together with her mum Bev, who passed away in 2014, following a respiratory organ problem.

Burkitt once stated that she craved to be treated like other normal adults, the more reason she appeared on the TV series.

Funeral arrangements for the late star will be communicated to the public in the coming days.

Small Teen, Big World, was aired in July 2010 and garnered over 1.1 million viewers.

The show explored what life was like living with dwarfism from an early age and coping with the societal pressures that came with it.
