Janeane Garofalo is an American actress. She started her career in Hollywood as a stand-up comedian. During this time, she appeared on the shows The Ben Stiller Show, The Larry Sanders Show, and Saturday Night Live. She made her film debut in 1991’s Late for Dinner. She then became known for starring in the movies Reality Bites, The Truth About Cats & Dogs, and Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion in the ’90s. In the 2000s, she starred in the movies The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Wet Hot American Summer, among others. Her most recent work in the movies was in 2017’s Speech & Debate.
