The representative to the House of the United States Jackie Walorski died this Wednesday in a car accident, as confirmed by Kevin McCarthy, leader of the Republicans in the Lower House.

The 58-year-old congresswoman was elected to Congress in 2012 and is expected to be elected to her sixth term in November. The Sheriff’s Office confirmed that they are already doing the respective investigations but they will not give more details of the accident in which the congresswoman died.
