Viktor Hovland is a young Norwegian professional golfer who is currently playing on the PGA Tour.

He was the first Norwegian golfer to win on the PGA Tour and on the European Tour.

Hovland is not a US citizen. He is Norwegian.

However, Viktor was the winner of the 2018 U.S. Amateur and also had his tertiary education at Oklahoma State University, United States. 

Viktor was born to Harald Hovland and Galina Hovland on September 18, 1997 (24 years). The couple had their son in Oslo, Norway.

Both Viktor’s parents, Harald and Galina are both Norwegians. Just like their son, they were born and raised in Norway.

The young golfer picked up his second and third PGA Tour wins when he won the 2020 and 2021 Mayakoba Golf Classic.

Viktor has a brother called Mats Eriksen Hovland. He graduated from BI Norwegian Business School with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
