Aamna Sharif is living her best life in the Maldives – in her swimsuit. In a few new social media posts the Indian actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying a vacation in the island paradise. "Got the swing in, cant u see …." she captioned one of them. "Prettiest girl," commented one of her followers. "Wooow," added another. How does the 41-year-old stay in such great shape? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

Aamna has a moderate approach to diet, avoiding extremes. "I believe in eating healthy. I don't diet," she told Hindustan Times. She does manage to infuse interesting spice into her life. "I love trying new cuisines," she added. She also avoids wheat and sugar, most of the time. However, she does allow herself to indulge once a week. "For the longest time, I've been avoiding wheat and limited my sugar intake to only once a week," she told Times of India.

Aamna's exercises – a lot! "I am also a fitness freak," she told Hindustan Times. "I have to hit the gym and do a lot of cardio." How much exercise do you really need? Each week adults need a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

"I also do yoga," Aamna told Hindustan Times. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Aamna added to Times of India that she loves pilates. "Holding it still," she captioned this image of herself on a pilates reformer, adding the hashtag Pilates Girl. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
