Justin Fields was born on March 5, 1999, in Kennesaw, Georgia, and is a professional American football quarterback for the National Football League’s Chicago Bears (NFL).

Fields is his father, and Gina Tobey is his mother.

He attended Ohio State University and was twice named the Graham–George Offensive Player of the Year.

Fields committed to play collegiate football at the University of Georgia after dropping from a previous commitment to Penn State. During his pre-draft interviews with NFL teams in 2021, his ailment was made public.

The Bears picked him in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
