Marty Sammon, an American blues keyboardist and the founder and leader of the Marty Sammon band, passed away at the age of 47.
Tragically and prematurely, Marty Sammon went away, leaving behind a shattered and sorrowful family, close relatives, and other loved ones. His family and friends were grieved by Marty’s passing. On October 10,2022, Marty Sammon, who was only 47 years old, passed suddenly.Born on October 14, 1977, Marty Sammon Sammon was born and raised in an Irish-American household on the South Side of Chicago, where he also received his piano instruction. While listening to albums with his father, Chicago police officer Martin Sammon Sr., he developed an ear for Irish folk melodies.The Martys urged their kid to pursue piano lessons after realizing that he was a musical prodigy. He started performing on the Chicago blues scene at the age of 15 with guitarist L.V. Banks from the South Side. He was taken to events by his father because he was underage.The cause of death for Marty Sammon has never been revealed.
