The Great Gama cause of death: How did Gama Pehlwan die?

Gama Pahalwan was a well-known personality in the wrestling sport who rose to the top of all wrestlers of his era by defeating every single one and never facing a single defeat in his entire glorious career, claiming the title of undisputed champion for himself and earning respect beyond description.

Ghulam Mohammad Baksh Butt, the Great Gama’s childhood name, was born in Amritsar in 1878. Born into a family of skilled fighters on the Indian continent, The Great Gama spent his old age in Lahore after India was divided into India and Pakistan, and he chose to go to Pakistan.

Today, he is celebrated for his achievements in the ring, which have brought Indian culture widespread recognition. Game Pahalwan passed on at the age of 82 after a brief illness at the time in Lahore, Pakistan. However, to date, his actual death remains a mystery to be unraveled.
