This cover image of @hildesilkiewicz was taken 2 years ago and we still LOVE it! It is raw and honest with a beautiful story behind it. Initially @magdieraats & @francoisolivier.co.za had something different in mind for cover, but till today this is one of their favorites and hang in @real7delaan where you walk in. Blown up to a A0 poster! 😍 . . The cover shoot was fun, as usual, with its own challenges, as always.😉 First the designer got stuck and can’t make it; Francois got an idea to bring cloth and one of his curtains!🤣 We wrapped it and made a stunning dress! Secondly, it was dead hot and forgot to tell the team to bring sun screen!!! The wind did not made it easier for @wwurth to work with Hildegardt’s hair and on top of that, we had to find electricity for all the hair tools. After finding a lone standing building, we found one plug right at the back and move everyone on to pavement and loose standing drums. After the first 2/3 shots, a lot of laughter and hip-hop dancing on the boom box, Hildegardt went for her makeup and hair touch-up – As she looked at Francois while they are busy, he took this shot and we knew… this is the one. . .
