Indian actress Eshanya Maheshwari is soaking up the beautiful weather in Dubai, UAE. Maheshwari loves ghee, both as an ingredient and for skincare. "Some people who avoid dairy for digestive reasons may tolerate ghee better than butter," says registered dietitian Candace O'Neill. "But in general, they should be fine with butter as well because the amounts of lactose and casein are so small. If you have a casein allergy, you should definitely avoid consuming both in case of cross-contamination."

Maheshwari loves traditional black chai (tea), which research shows is beneficial for aiding fat loss. "It is necessary for a healthy immune system and required for organs like your heart, brain, and skin to function properly. The nutrient is also touted for its ability to help control appetite and enhance muscle growth."

Maheshwari is religious about protecting her skin from the sun. "For day-to-day use, pick a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30," says Anna Lien-Lun Chien, MD. "If you spend time outdoors, choose a product with SPF 60 or greater. In reality, most people do not use as much sunscreen as they should, and this higher SPF helps compensate for the reduced application."
