Emily doesn't have to go on any crash diets. Why? She keeps her diet consistent and focuses on moderation. "I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy," she told Harper's Bazaar. Speaking of energy: "Research shows that people who eat breakfast perform better at tasks, eat fewer overall calories and miss fewer days of work and school than those who don't. People who skip breakfast are more likely to be less active or even lethargic in the morning," says the Cleveland Clinic.

Plant-based eating is popular with many celebrities. However, you won't Emily feasting on meals consisting of just fruits, veggies, and grains. "I'm a carnivore. I really like to eat meat. It's so L.A., you can't avoid it."
