Dr. Serrano is a bilingual Spanish-speaking primary care Family Practice physician practicing medicine for over 33 years. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional de San Marcos located in Lima, Peru in 1977. For over a decade, Dr. Serrano was a practicing General Surgeon in Peru. Upon immigrating to the United States, he obtained his residency in Family Medicine from the University of Minnesota at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Saint Paul, MN.

Dr. Serrano owns and operates a small private practice in Merritt Island, FL. This medical office has been in operation for over 22 years, serving the English and Spanish speaking communities of the Space Coast.

Dr. Serrano has hospital privileges at both Cape Canaveral Hospital and Rockledge Regional Medical Center (Wuesthoff Hospital).
