Dr. John Polley recently relocated his plastic surgery practice from Chicago, Illinois, to Traverse City, Michigan, where he operates at both Munson Medical Center and the Northwest Michigan Outpatient Surgery Center. We are excited to announce that beginning June 1, 2015, Dr. Polley will also be operating at the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is an internationally recognized, Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who has spent over the last two decades practicing plastic surgery in Chicago where he held the position of Chairman of Plastic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center as well as the director of two university cleft lip and palate/craniofacial centers. During that time, he also was an attending plastic surgeon at Cook County Hospital.

Dr. Polley has extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for both children and adults. Particular areas of special interest include the treatment of individuals born with cleft lip, palate and other congenital or acquired facial problems, reconstruction following trauma, craniomaxillofacial, oral maxillofacial and aesthetic surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Polley’s commitment has been to achieve the best possible care and results for his patients by individualizing their treatment plan, whether their problems are major or minor. Because of this, Dr. Polley has received numerous accolades including “America’s Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly Press Ltd., “Top Doctor” in Chicago Magazine for over the past decade, and many other regional and national awards.
