James Williams Jerome Zacks, MD, is a Cardiologist/Carcinoid Specialist, in private practice from June 1979 until December 2021. A graduate of Harvard College, Wayne State University Medical School, and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology as well as the American College of Chest Physicians.
