The National Enquirer reports that Ramsey, 67, wed Las Vegas-based fashion designer Jan Rousseaux, 53, on July 21 in Charlevoix, Mich. “I have no doubt she will be smiling,” he said of JonBenet, who would have turned 21 on Aug. 6.
