Many have accused the 21 years old former child actress of having improved her physical image through certain plastic surgery procedures. Indeed, upon closer inspection, it does seem that she may have had some work done on her body and face. Far from being too obvious, of course, but visible nonetheless.

Judging by comparison of her older photos and ones taken more recently, visible signs become apparent that Demi had cosmetic surgery. The appearance and shape of her nose is the most apparent sign. In recent years, her nose has appeared more pointed and thinner.

As of lately, her nose shape fits her facial frame more appropriately and looks quite elegant. However, her nose was not this way always. In fact, it has been noted in the past that Demi has a bulbous, wide nose. For this reason, it is hard not to believe that the rumor of Demi Lovato having had rhinoplasty may in fact be true.

The other surgical procedure that Demi Lovato is rumored to have undergone is breast augmentation and many have stressed that the 21-year may have had breast implants. Sure, she did not have breasts as large as these when she was younger, yet they don’t seem natural at all. In recent years, her breasts have gotten bigger, fuller and unusually rounder all of a sudden, which are possible signs that she may indeed have had breast implants.

Whether she has physically matured, or whether she went under the knife to look as physically mature as she does now is up to the readers to decide. The obvious fact of the matter is that at age 21, Demi Lovato does indeed look quite different and much more mature than she did years ago.
