Debi Mazar Corcos is a television personality and actress. Debi Mazar was born Nancy and Harry Mazar in Jamaica, Queens, New York City. Her father was born into a Jewish family in German-occupied Latvia.

Debi Mazar had no idea about her father’s ancestors until she was in her twenties because he was a practising Catholic. Mazar’s parents divorced shortly after she was born, and she spent her childhood in upstate New York with her mother in the country.

She moved to Long Island as a teenager to live with her godparents. Debi Mazar worked various odd jobs, including selling jewellery at Fiorucci with Linda Ramone and Joey Arias, later as a dental assistant, and at a nightclub

Mazar began her career as a dancer, appearing in several music videos for artists such as Madonna and Jennifer Lopez. However, her acting skills eventually led her to be cast in major roles in films and television shows.

Her early roles in films such as “Goodfellas,” “Little Man Tate,” and “Singles” in the 1990s. She rose to fame on television, appearing on shows like “Civil Wars,” “L.A. Law,” and “Entourage.”
