On August 12, 2017, Deadmau5 married his fiancée Kelly Fedoni. However, the two are no longer together.  Deadmau5’s instrumental version of “Sofi Needs a Ladder” was featured in the film The Hangover Part II.

Deadmau5 is a masked music artist similar to Marshmello and Daft Punk. Deadmau5 became the only Canadian to have three number-one tracks on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart. He is also the sixth Canadian to top that chart.

In 2009, Deadmau5’s fourth studio album For Lack of a Better Name was released to critical acclaim, featuring Rob Swire’s collaboration “Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff”, “Hi Friend”, and the critically acclaimed “Strobe”.
