Arturo Gutierrez was sentenced for 25 years to life in state prison in 2004.

He is still serving his time behind the bar and is expected to be free in 2029.

Arturo was considered to be a suspect but the lack of evidence resulted him to walk freely for 13 years before finally getting arrested in 2002.
