On December 1, 2019, during the Tennessee Titans’ 31-17 victory over the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, Cruikshank successfully blocked a fourth-quarter field goal attempt by Adam Vinatieri.
As a result, backup cornerback Tye Smith picked up the ball and returned it 63 yards for the game-winning touchdown.
Cruikshank was placed on injured reserve on September 6, 2020.
He became operational on October 24, 2020. Ben Roethlisberger’s pass was intercepted by Cruikshank during the week 7 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a 27-24 loss.
On November 11, he was put back on injured reserve, ending his campaign.
