Pedroche shares a lot of her favorite exercises on Instagram. And she makes sure to not skip leg day. She shared this video on Instagram detailing some of her favorite lower body exercises. In it, Pedroche is seen doing exercises like squats and squat lunges with weights, standing donkey kicks with weights, and using the leg press machine. She captioned it, "I need to train to feel good. When I finish it is that I feel that nothing and nobody can stop me. I'm going to eat the world."
