The well-known South African performer Costa Tsobanoglou, also known as Costa Titch, has died.

Rapper “Big Flexa” allegedly passed away on Saturday while thrilling festivalgoers at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg.

Videos of the artist performing online show him falling over during the song but continuing after being picked up by his bodyguard. However, he sagged again and needed to be carried off the platform.

The news was verified by South African media personality Phil Mphela late Saturday night via Twitter.

With hits like “Big Flexa,” “Nkalakatha,” and “Activate,” Titch gained popularity for his addition to the Amapiano genre.

After his colleague Kiernan Forbes, alias AKA, was shot and killed in February, Costa’s passing is yet another devastating loss for the South African music business.
