Cindy had minor roles In Mexican-American films including Harvest of Redemption (2007), Desdemona: A Love Story (2009), and Thou Shalt Not Kill. She made her first appearance in the drama Puos rosas in 2005. She also starred as one of Alex Rocco’s mistresses in the 2009 movie Ready or Not. She received plaudits for her performance in the 2009 Boston Picture Festival’s best feature film, Desdemona: A Love Story.

In 2010, she had an appearance in a music video for Kris Allen’s song “The Truth.” She had previously appeared in the music videos for Daddy Yankee, Christina Aguilera, and Carlos Santana.
