Christina does a form of high intensitiy interval training, which consists of doing a set of exercises each for a full minute and then repeating the set. :Last nights EMOM (every minute on the minute)" she captioned the post, revealing that she did "6 rounds for as many reps as possible" of the following exercises.

- 14lb Wall balls to 10ft target
- Burpee box jump overs
- Alternating DB snatches 35lb
- Walk walks
- 1 minute rest
Christina also lifts heavy weights. "Weight a minute," she captioned this photo. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Christina makes sure to drink plenty of water, especially when she is working out a lot. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons.
