Chloe Ferry is chilling out in her swimsuit. The Geordie Shore star flaunts her famous curves in a swimsuit via her latest Instagram Stories. "Feel so fresh," the reality star wrote in one video. After going under the knife to get her boobs done, Chloe went on a strict diet. "I felt I had put some weight on after having my boobs done. So I'm getting back in there," she told The Sun. "I have about 1,300 calories a day, and obviously, I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and all that sort of stuff."

Chloe told The Sun that she is "addicted" to working out. "I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill," she revealed.  Try treadmill intervals. "Think about the goal of the interval, such as maintaining speed while changing incline, decreasing speed while increasing incline, or maintaining incline and increasing speed. You have lots of options to choose from. Keep endurance sets between eight and 10 minutes, mid-length sets between four and six minutes and short sets between 30 seconds and three minutes," says the Mayo Clinic.

Chloe also admits to having a plastic surgery addiction. "Yes I admit I had liposuction and the thing is with surgery people think that when you get it you just stay skinny. You don't you, literally, I feel like you put the weight on back quicker straight after you have got to be healthy because it just come back on you," she said. "Obviously after getting surgery and stuff my body is totally different to when I had surgery to what I look like now because I have literally been going to the gym every single day."

A few years back, Chloe admitted to Closer that she was seriously restricting her eating. "I'm really, really starving on my diet so I'm going to have three boiled eggs. Just three boiled eggs, yep," she said. "Anyone who is out there on a diet who is really, really struggling, I don't have any advice for you because I know it's hard. But just think of the next morning when you've ate good you feel so mint about yourself."  "Skipping one or two high-calorie items is a good place to start when cutting calories. For example, you could skip your morning latte, soda at lunch or that bowl of ice cream you always have after dinner," says the Mayo Clinic.

Chloe revealed that she is "addicted to weight loss" in 2016. "I think when you see how much you've improved, that's when you get really addicted to it. So when I saw the difference that I'd lost weight that's when I got addicted to it and I just want to keep going," she said.
