Chase Mishkin was the Broadway producer whose credits included Dame Edna: The Royal Tour and Memphis.

She died at her Manhattan home. Mishkin’s daughter, told the newspaper that her mother had dementia and had had two strokes.

Her death was announced in a New York Times obituary.

Following the loss of her husband, carpet maker Ralph Mishkin, Mishkin launched her theatrical producing career just shy of her 60th birthday. Her debut production was a Los Angeles production of Trish Vradenburg’s The Apple Doesn’t Fall…, a play about Alzheimer’s that premiered on Broadway in 1996, directed by Leonard Nimoy.
