Spanish star Carmen Lomana is proof-positive there is no age limit when it comes to looking fabulous in a bathing suit. The 74-year-old has been enjoying the sun and sea in St. Tropez, and posted a picture of herself wearing a black and white swimsuit, sitting by a turquoise pool. Lomana is happiest by the sand and sea, and paddleboards whenever she can. Not only is paddleboarding a great full-body workout, it encourages feel-good hormones, "which are great for your mood, self-esteem, mental health and wellbeing," says physiotherapist Shira Kramer, founder of BeActive Physio in Melbourne.

Lomana enjoys tea as part of her healthy diet, preferring to drink it without milk or cream. "Different teas offer different benefits," says Beth Czerwony, RD. Baggish, associate director of the Cardiovascular Performance Program at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "There's a real sense of peace and composure you get from being outside and away from everything."
