Candice Swanepoel is one of the most well-known working models today, as a  a Victoria's Secret Angel. She's gorgeous and has an incredible figure, partly due to "Zoom workouts at home. I've been running on the beach occasionally, which is harder than it looks, and playing with my kids keeps me in shape," she has said. She just posted a stunning new polaroid photo on Instagram. Swanepoel revealed some of her biggest wellness secrets to Savoir Flair. She says that her secret to working out on a regular basis is doing things that she looks forward to doing. "The secret is getting yourself to the gym! It's about putting in the time and finding things you enjoy doing, so it doesn't feel like that much work."

Swanepoel loves to go outside and get some fresh air. She posts several stunning outdoor photos on her Instagram. Swanepoel tells Savoir Flair that going outside helps her de-stress and get moving. "I also like unwinding by taking my dogs for a walk. When I can, I love to be surrounded by nature or swimming in the ocean."

Swanepoel broke down her fitness routine to Savoir Flair. She revealed that she does a lot of  different exercises to stay in shape. "I do a lot of yoga and boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer, and lots of resistance training. I have a trainer in New York who has been working with me for about eight years now."

Despite being a successful model, Swanepoel admits to E! News that she still gets nervous before a job. Specifically, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. However, she says that she allows her nerves to motivate her to do well. "I'm a ball of nerves before the show," she said. "I feel like each year I get more and more nervous—I don't know why. Swanepoel tells The Cut that she likes to make healthy smoothies in the morning for breakfast. She also shared some of her favorite ingredients to put in her recipes. "I do a nice beauty smoothie. It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I've always loved nutrition and because I've worked out for so many years, I've figured out what's best for my body and keeping my energy up. It's evolved from that."
