Born on February 9, 1990, Camille Simoine Winbush is an American actress and singer best known for playing Lauren Treacy on the hit teen drama The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Emma Aimes on the short-lived sitcom Minor Adjustments.

She has won three Image Awards and a Young Artist Award for her work on television.

Winbush, the lone child of Anthony and Alice Winbush, was born in Los Angeles, California, on February 9, 1990.

She was homeschooled and received education from a set tutor when she was an actor as a youngster, therefore she never went to public school. When Winbush was younger, she competed in gymnastics.

In 1994, Winbush made her acting debut in the television series Viper as Lucy Wilkes. She appeared in Dangerous Minds the next year as an actor. She played Emma Aimes, the character’s daughter, on the sitcom Little Adjustments (1995–1996) on a consistent basis. On a Halloween episode of Brotherly Love, Winbush played Emma once more.
