Britney Spears has shared a series of photos featuring herself in a white, lacy ensemble posing against a red background. She first shared the sultry pictures in honor of her boyfriend Sam Asghari’s birthday where she shared her love for him. Many thought that Britney was wearing a white bodysuit, but in additional photos that she shared on Wednesday, the “Toxic” singer clarified that she was actually wearing a vintage bathing suit. Britney leans towards vintage fashion that has a strong, feminine element and she’s often seen wearing frilly dresses with lace, ruffles, or other detailing and embellishments. She recently posted a photo of her favorite silk blouse along with a dress that she loved the stitching in.

Britney also revealed that she doesn’t touch or edit her photos and many of them are what she refers to as “raw.” In a time when many celebrities are photoshopping, retouching, and using filters on the photos, it is refreshing to see celebrities like Britney who choose to post “real” pictures.
