Actor Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard’s love life is not a pretty one following the testimony of both actors in the courtroom.

They have been on the news following Depp’s decision to sue Heard for defamation in Virginia, the US in early 2019 over an op-ed she wrote about abusive relationships, which had been published by The Washington Post in December 2018.

Will Morgan Tremaine testify?

Following the defamation trial, a lot of persons have been on board to testify against either Depp or his ex-wife Amber. Having said that, Depp has called on Morgan Tremaine — a former employee of TMZ who is said to have provided TMZ with a video of Depp yelling at Heard and slamming cabinet doors to testify in the ongoing defamation trial against Amber Heard.

According to the report, Morgan Tremaine will not appear in court to testify in the ongoing defamation trial against Amber Heard as called by Johnny Depp.

This comes after the gossip site, TMZ filed an emergency motion in court Tuesday to prevent Johnny Depp from calling their former employee. According to the legal team of the gossip site, Morgan had nothing to do with the video and any testimony given would be based on rumor and conjecture, hence Tremaine’s testimony will be irrelevant in the trial.
