Brandon Tsay (born on December 20, 1996) is a 26-year-old Ballroom dance studio manager based in San Marino, Califonia, America. The young guy of Taiwanese descent became a hero after unarming the Monterey Park shooter, identified as Huu Can Tran (72).

According to NY Times, Huu first entered Star Ballroom Dance Studio with a semi-automatic gun, taking 11 innocent lives and injuring 10. After the bloodbath at SBDS, the old guy started looking for his next target and reached Lai Lai Ballroom & Studio.

As soon as Brandon saw a gun in Tran’s hand, he froze, but somehow he gathered the courage and rushed towards him. Tsay was trying to disarm Huu, and for several seconds struggle continued. Finally, he managed to pull away the gun, but the attacker continued hitting him in the face and back of the head.
