In this post, she shared her recipe for protein pancakes. She captioned the post, "Thought I would share my latest pancake as it has been my favourite of those I've made in quite a while! 😋 1. Put a whole banana, 20 grams of oats, half a cup of egg whites, and vegan protein powder (or whey but vegan makes it fluffier) in a bowl and mash and mix until you get a batter! 🥣2. Cook it on both sides like a pancake, then add 1 tsp of PB which melts all over the warm pancake, a few butterscotch chips on top and sugar free syrup! "For the last few years, I have been on an exciting fitness journey; learning how to push myself mentally and physically. I have stepped out of my comfort zone many times, experimented with different diets and tested my discipline on many levels. Needless to say, I have come a long way in the last few years and for me- this photoshoot was a way to celebrate my growth as a young woman and to inspire myself to reach new levels and push limits. There is truly nothing in this world that can stop you when you are determined. No matter who you are or where you are, believing in yourself is the most powerful thing you can do."
