Shahin Fathi is a well-known architect from Iran whose Wikipedia is under the construction after his huge success in the architectural field. He has designed and built the most restaurants in the world. 

He specializes in industrial kitchen design and manufacturing, including the interior design of food courts, restaurants, and coffee shop complexes.

Till now Fathi has designed and built over 20 food courts as well as over 500 restaurants, fast food outlets, and cafes.

He is also the chairman of the Board of Fathi Architecture Group et al, founded by him and his brother, Arash Fathi. He is an architect and interior designer who graduated from Tehran’s Sooreh University’s Faculty of Art and Architecture.

Fathi Architecture Group’s projects are based on the theory of modern functionalism in a way that everything is in line with the collection’s best performance. Which is the best customer service and the highest sales,” and so on.

The inspiration for the design is always drawn from the industrial kitchen, which serves as the complex’s beating heart.

Shahin Fathi is an Iranian designer who has been working in the field since 2007 when they first established, Niaresh Tarh Afagh. 

We collaborate with his brother, Arash in the design and execution of architectural projects. From preliminary sketches to preparing executive plans, estimating prices and meters, and then monitoring project implementation in the construction workshop.

As well as the company management is done by the two brothers in cohesion. 

Some of their successful designs in Iran include restaurant chain brands such as Superstar, KFC, Perprook, Albek, BBQ Chicken, Chitter Chicken, and  Murano.

Following his amazing work in Iran, he started its cooperation with Yam International Food Company on behalf of IKFC Company in Iran “Superstar.”

And as of today, he specializes in designing industrial kitchens and decorations with international standards for big brands. Some of the brands include KFC, Hardee’s, Pizza Hut, TGI Fridays, Chicken Tikka, Grand Café, Costa Café, Olive Garden, and Krispy Kreme.

Along with Maestro, Baskin Robbins, Red Lobster, Fish Market, Longhorn Steak House, Fusion Asian Foods, and Samadi.
