Aloysius Astrada Tobias Finn Tragically Killed in Birmingham, Alabama Shooting

In a heart-wrenching incident, a fatal shooting occurred in an east Birmingham neighborhood on a Saturday afternoon, claiming the life of one man.

The Birmingham police, in a late Saturday announcement, identified the victim as Aloysius Astrada Tobias Finn. He was a 42-year-old resident of Birmingham.

The tragic event unfolded when the police received a distressing call at 3:24 p.m., prompting them to dispatch officers to the 9100 block of 14th Avenue North, situated in the Airport Hills area near Zion City Road.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mr. Finn on the ground, adjacent to two vehicles, on a dead-end street. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene. In the wake of the incident, it was revealed that another individual had heard the gunshots and subsequently found the victim, who had sustained gunshot wounds. Additionally, the bullets had struck a couple of vehicles in the vicinity.

Authorities have since detained a possible suspect in connection with this unfortunate incident.

Outside the crime scene tape, a gathering of friends and family members took place, creating a somewhat tense atmosphere. Regrettably, this led to several arguments breaking out, with one woman being affected by pepper spray after a struggle with the police.
